I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have worked as a clinical therapist and children’s mental health specialist since 1989, and have extensive experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with a wide range of concerns including; adjustment disorders, depression and anxiety, trauma, child abuse and PTSD, grief and loss, relationship problems, divorce, job-related stress, behavior problems, developmental disorders, social and school problems with children and adolescents.
As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, my therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I will work collaboratively to develop ways to achieve goals integrating complementary therapy approaches and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
