Rates
$165 for initial 60-minute intake session and evaluation
$140 per 45-minute individual, family or marital session
$165 per 60-minute individual, family or marital session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
I am an "in-network" provider for the following insurance companies/plans:
- Cigna
- First Choice Health Network (FCHN)
- Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (Access PPO plan only; does not include Core plan unless it is your secondary insurance)
- KPS
- Lifewise
- Premera- Blue Cross
- Regence Blue Shield (incl. Uniform Medical Plan) *(NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING)
*If you have "Out of Network" Benefits, check with your insurance provider regarding your "Out of Network" benefits and/or feel free to contact me to inquire.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged at "No-Show" fee of $50.00.
